PAUL & JOE Gel Foundation Refill N contains 80% water and for that Orange Flower Water is used which has a cool pleasant feeling when applied to the skin. A veil of moisture covers the skin and creates a radiant, smooth finish that can be built up to get the required coverage. This foundation acts like a treatment as it contains Marine Collagen EX Extract, Tremella Mushroom Extract and Acetyl Hyaluronic acid. These deliver outstanding moisture to the skin and plump the skin leaving it looking hydrated, plump and glowing all day.
