Directions:Apply one coat of PHB All in One Natural Mascara to lashes to lengthen. Apply a second coat for more volume and thickness.Tip: Move your hand left and right very slightly when applying to separate lashes to perfectly accentuate the eyes. You can also use the PHB Brow & Lash Brush to separate and lift lashes.
