Directions:

STEP 1: JAW LINE TO TEMPLE

- Use 2 pearl size amounts of cream in palm of hands.

- Place hands together under the chin, resting thumbs on collarbone.

- Part hands and slide upwards onto the cheeks and temples.

- Keep hands in full firm contact with the skin.

STEP 2: EYES TO NOSE

- Move fingertips to inner corner of lower lashes.

- Sweep around the eye socket.

- Repeat several times.

STEP 3: NECK AND NECKLINE

- Turn head to the left and place left hand across the chest to massage the right side of neck.

- Use the full hand making 3 upward movements from collar bone to jaw.

- Finish by stroking hand firmly down to collar bone.

- Repeat the action on the other side of the neck using the right hand.
